CNC Milled Components
At PR Precision we can cater for a variety of work with various batch sizes from prototype to production. This is facilitated by our 6 CNC milling machines, which gives us the flexibility to manufacture parts in various sizes and material from complex one-off parts to production. The maximum working envelope of our machines 800mm in the X axis and 510mm Y axis. Our CAD CAM allows us to produce complex parts directly from the solid model, which reduces any potential manual programming errors, also creating improved toolpaths required to machine parts efficiently. We are utilising the latest tooling and machining techniques, constantly keeping up to date with the advances made, ensuring we provide a competitive service.
Finishing Services
We collaborate with a selection of approved suppliers which we have been using for many years for all treatments and outside processes allowing us to provide a turnkey service.

We are currently supplying some customers with parts that require some assembly these include fixings and fastenings, concealed head studs and a variety of pressed fixings, dowelled assemblies and other pressed parts.
